Terms of Use

The rules for using Kamper and sharing with other Kampers.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Kamper. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Kamper.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use Kamper. You’re responsible for your account and for what happens on it, so keep your sign-in safe.

Community rules

Kamper has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive Kampers. Don’t post or share anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or misleading, and don’t impersonate anyone, spam, or scam. This covers your profile, photos, meals, trips, teams, and anything else you share. The Community Guidelines explain these rules with examples.

Reporting and blocking

Use Report on a profile, public meal, community trip, or team to flag content that breaks these rules, and Block to stop seeing a Kamper. We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or delete the accounts that posted it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You give Kamper permission to store it and show it to the Kampers you share it with, or to everyone when you make it public, only to run the app. You confirm you have the right to share it.

Trips and safety

Camping has real risks. Weather, campsite details, check-ins, and other information in Kamper may be wrong or out of date. Check conditions yourself and follow local rules. You’re responsible for your own safety and for the trips you host or join.

Kamper Pro

Kamper Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple or Google. It renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s policies.

Disclaimers

Kamper is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for losses from trips, campsites, or other Kampers. Apple and Google aren’t responsible for Kamper or its support. If you got Kamper from the App Store, Apple’s standard end user license agreement also applies.

Ending your account

You can stop using Kamper and delete your account anytime from Edit profile. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update them here and change the effective date. Using Kamper after a change means you accept it.
